Leadership

ICF’s Leadership Structure consists of Elders who oversee the Spiritual Direction & Well-being of the church, assisted by a Leadership Team made up of Deacons who support, and help the elders with the more Practical aspects of church. Elders are elected or re-affirmed approximately every two years, and as God leads.
